The Challenge: The push to bring a new service to market had stalled—members of the team were distracted by other demands on their time. Our client asked us to step in and ensure that the service was launched on time.

Straw Dogs Solution: After conferring with each team member, we defined and scheduled all tasks necessary to launch. We generated a Project plan, assigned responsibilities and set target delivery dates. We led weekly team meetings and conducted extensive follow-up with individual team members. The leadership energized the team—the service launched on time.
